Who operates AuraDeal

AuraDeal is operated by Aura Digital Products Private Limited. These terms govern accounts, local buying and selling, free giveaways, marketplace messaging, Shorts, ratings and bank auction information. The linked feature policies form part of these terms when you use that feature.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create or operate an account. Provide accurate details, use only identities you are authorised to represent, protect your credentials and notify support of unauthorised access. Email or phone verification confirms control of that contact method; it does not certify identity, ownership or trustworthiness.

Marketplace role and transactions

AuraDeal helps users discover listings and contact each other. Unless an offer expressly identifies AuraDeal as the seller, the transaction is between the buyer and seller. AuraDeal does not hold goods, act as an escrow service, guarantee payment or delivery, or verify every listing. Parties must inspect goods, check ownership and legal eligibility, agree payment, delivery, returns and warranties, and meet applicable tax and regulatory obligations. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Never share OTPs, passwords or banking credentials. Independently verify requests for advance payments. Meet in a safe public place where practical. Report suspicious users or content using the available reporting tools or contact support.

Content, enforcement and availability

You retain ownership of your content and give AuraDeal a non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, display and distribute it to operate the service, including generating and displaying Shorts you request. You must have the necessary rights. We may review, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for policy violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. You may challenge an action through Grievance Redressal. Service availability, ranking, leads and successful sales are not guaranteed.

Future paid features

Memberships, paid boosts, paid or additional Shorts quotas and self-service advertisements are future features under V1. Their policy pages describe intended principles, not a current purchase offer. No subscription, renewal or payment obligation arises from accepting these policies. Prices, taxes, duration, benefits, limits, cancellation and refund terms must be displayed and agreed separately before any purchase. Existing free Shorts limits may still apply.

Responsibility, disputes and changes

To the extent permitted by law, AuraDeal is not responsible for losses caused by third-party transactions, inaccurate user content or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits statutory consumer remedies. Indian law governs these terms; competent courts and statutory forums retain their lawful jurisdiction. Contact support first for assistance; grievance and legal remedies remain available.

Each policy shows its version and effective date. Material changes requiring agreement will prompt renewed acceptance before covered marketplace actions. Editorial updates may not require acceptance again. You may stop using the service and request account deletion if you do not agree.
