Ratings & Reviews
Version 1.0 · Effective
Experience-based feedback
Use the review tools only for your own eligible interaction. The current deal review flow is tied to a completed exchange recorded with an identified AuraDeal participant. Completion is recorded by users and is not independent verification by AuraDeal. Both participants may be eligible to review; do not review yourself or fabricate an exchange.
Fair reviews
Give an honest rating and relevant, factual comments. Do not post private contact information, threats, discriminatory abuse, copied content or allegations you cannot substantiate. Do not buy, sell, coordinate or coerce reviews, offer incentives for positive ratings or threaten negative reviews to obtain benefits.
Reporting and presentation
Use the review report control or contact support with its reference. We may hide or remove policy-violating reviews and consider appeals through Grievance Redressal. Disagreement alone does not establish a violation. Displayed ratings reflect eligible published reviews and can change after moderation. Ratings, deal counts and verification indicators do not guarantee future conduct, identity, item quality or payment.
