Auction dates, reserve amounts, earnest money deposits (EMD), bid increments and inspection arrangements may change, be postponed or be withdrawn. Copies and links on AuraDeal may be incomplete or outdated.

Independently inspect the asset and obtain legal and financial advice on title, encumbrances, litigation, occupancy, symbolic or physical possession, dues, taxes, transfer restrictions and eligibility. As-is conditions and the bank’s official auction terms govern participation. Pay EMD and bid amounts only through official channels confirmed with the bank.
