Future paid feature
Self-service paid advertisements are a future feature under Legal Policies V1. Existing banners or promotional placements do not establish a right to purchase an advertisement. No ad account, campaign, recurring charge or advertising contract is created by policy acceptance.
Conditions before launch
A future order must disclose the advertiser, placement, duration, pricing, taxes, targeting where offered, cancellation and refund rules. Paid placements must be identified appropriately. Advertisers must have rights to their creative, substantiate claims and comply with Listing Rules and applicable advertising law. Ads must not imply AuraDeal certification or guaranteed sales, leads, impressions or ranking unless expressly offered. Additional terms and any necessary consent will be presented before purchase.
