Listing Rules

Accurate, lawful listings

List only items or services you own or are authorised to offer. Use the correct category, actual condition, price, location and clear descriptions. Disclose defects, material restrictions, ownership and any commercial seller status. Use images and videos you have rights to use; do not misrepresent an item through edits or synthetic media. Keep availability current and mark sold or given away when completed.

Prohibited activity

Do not list stolen or counterfeit goods; illegal drugs; weapons or explosives; unlawful wildlife products; sexual services or exploitation; personal data, accounts or credentials; fraudulent financial products; gambling; or goods and services whose sale is prohibited by law. Do not post child exploitation, hate, threats, harassment, scams, deceptive links or material infringing privacy or intellectual property. Regulated goods and services require all applicable licences and disclosures and may be restricted by AuraDeal.

Do not spam, duplicate listings to manipulate visibility, impersonate another person, fabricate reviews or evade moderation. Do not charge deceptive deposits or misstate a free item as a sale.

Review and reporting

Listings and edits may be moderated before publication, and published listings can expire, be archived or be removed. Approval is not a certificate of authenticity or safety. Report a listing through its report control; include the listing URL when contacting support. You may challenge restrictions through Grievance Redressal.
